Wiinblad Wall Plates, 1001 Nights

Two stunning 13" diameter (33 cm.) porcelain wall plates by Danish designer Bjørn Wiinblad from the 1001 Nights series. A rich cobalt blue background offsets the bold colours of these playful paintings with gold and silver highlights. The back is marked Rosenthal Germany. On the front is the signature of Bjorn Wiinblad in gold.

Two plates, mint condition, $750.00 (CAD) for the pair.

Verner Panton Area Rug with Geometric Design

Verner Panton Area Rug

Signed VP in the corner for Verner Panton (1926-1998), this area rug of 71" by 107" features colourful concentric squares on a cream background. Panton was a Danish designer particularly well know for his chairs, lighting and textile designs.
